Try posting in the Friendly Topic... This isn't a forum based website. However, I'm sure nobody would make a vector based picture of it, tracing over it without the background just because some random new member asked. Sorry.
The original had a white bg too. I just expanded it to a wallpaper ratio.
Since Horo is outlined it would be fairly easy to use PSP, GIMP or Photoshop to remove the white area or even the field and sky.

but the field is difficult to remove T_TSciFi said:

i tried it by use magic wand tool or magic eraser tool in photoshop, and as a result, the outline is rather rough and variegated :(

Put the anti-alias back on. Also, sometimes taking it out in smaller pieces can help with that.acegi2006 said:

As Sci notes, make sure anti-aliasing is turned on. You can also try blur/blends tools after the fact, though anti-aliasing during the extraction will probably yield better results.
BTW, Sci, I noticed the image has a blue-tinted segment in the upper section (where Horo's ears are.) I guess the artist didn't use a uniform BG color for the "white" area at the top/bottom of the orginal ^_^;

i'll try, thanks all T_T
but nobody has the original, just white bg or no bg T_T ?

No. THe image came straight from he artist's profile/posting on Pixiv.net. You'd have to contact the artist for an original, assuming they have one (or can readily generate one from a PSD or other project file for you.)
We're not a art publishing/content creation site. We deal with content collection from other sources. Not very many artists post their own work here. Even if they did, it'd have to go through our screening process to stay on the site anyway due to our focus.
BTW, if you just want a white BG to help with extraction, that'd be fairly easy with a color fill function. Horo in most areas has a very definite and thick-ish black border around her figure.
One of the programs I use for editing, PhotoImpact, has a color fill/replacement function that allows you to set the varitaion range for color replacement. Settings that prevent the color range from overlapping the black color will give you a fairly quick all white BG (still need to make sure anti-aliasing is enabled for proper blending). Some areas you'll have to adjust the range a bit, though. (In fact, I did a test run of whiting the BG in about a minute while typing this.)
