Nope the error page is still there when I try to send the message.
I don't see any issues. Maybe you are sending something weird in the dmail?FoliFF said:

(BTW both Anpan and you will see a weird message in your inbox, it's safe to ignore)
Don't just use me as your test subject!
I though test subjects weren't allowed to talk.Anpan said:

Looks like my birbe to silence you wasn't enough, I guess it's time to do more harsh measures.
Like, more bribe?
I won't specify the details here since it's already 4 off-topic posts and Stahn will come shout at us.Anpan said:

You deal with him if you dare make a 5th post.
Did the server just reset? Everything seems to have rolled back a couple hours. Including the disappearance of a recent upload.
No. Do you have the post number? It might just been deleted.kisumi said:

here's a question: is it possible to do a search for images that contain a tag type? ie, search for images that are tagged with an artist tag? i don't mean tagged with a specific artist, but have any artist tagged?
i KNOW we're not dan, but they do have that search function: arttags:X (where X is the number of artists). it's on their cheatsheet if you'd like to see a better description. seeing as how we're a kernel of a kernel of danbooru's engine, i'd thought it'd work. however, after trying(on yande.re and kona), it doesn't. so my question is if there is a substitution search for that or was it just deleted?

At current, no. The imouto hasn't bother implementing any of the newer functions from the main danbooru trunk. The imouto engine (and therefore, Kona's engine) was forked off a few years ago. Since the fork, a lot of stuff has stayed stagnant on the imouto fork compared to the main danbooru trunk. Newer, more robust meta-tag search options is one of the things never imported over.
I knew of this for the past year or so. Imouto's engine is a large fork of the Danbooru engine at this point and independently dev'ed from what I understand of the situation. You can't expect functionality between the two to cross over anymore. Basic functionality is the same, more or less, but not the advance stuff.
I know it sucks (I was disappointed when I found out Dan had more advance search features compared to Kona/Imouto). I even asked about whether or not some of Dan's more recent feature additions would get rolled into Imouto so we could use them as well. Suffice to say, Imouto's engine development has been pretty stagnant for the past year or so. Shuugo does what he can to accommodate simple changes and requests, but none of us on staff are software developers versed in the platform Kona/Imouto is built on to do any development ourselves. Plus we wouldn't want to fork the damn engine anymore. (You have Dan, SanCom, Gel, and Imouto as the trunk and main forks. We don't need to more versions...)

Comments, forum posts and posts were all set back. It's strange though... because today I came back and everything's back to normal, including my upload and comments on it. I restarted my browser a few times over the course of an hour or so yesterday, so I don't know what was happening.Shuugo said:

Might've been a conflict with your browser cache perhaps... *shrug*
Something is wrong with the upload. Tried five times to upload a 5mb png to this site- it does n´t work!
-the upload from my Pc works with up to 700 kB/s and nothing happened after that.

Should be fixed.gnarf1975 said:

Is there a bug or glitch with the tags? Noticed on post #135306 you see blackball have 10 more images but when you look all images that have been tagged blackball it shows only 4 have been taged.
That's the cache not updating yet. It's not a bug. Just a side effect of how the system currently works.
Is my mobile making fun of me or are the avatars broken? Using Opera Mobile on a Nokia C5-03.
edit: scratch that, I told Opera Mobile to not load images >_<

Uhm, there appears to be some kind of strange bug involving nested formatted commands. Look at the wiki on "loli" (http://konachan.com/wiki/show?title=loli ) and notice how the first <b> is matched with the last closing </b> in the paragraph (while the inner markups go ignored) o.O
The contents are properly written, but the parsing of the format tags is broken...

That's been reported by us to the devs already. I came across that bug last week. I think it'ss fixed with the current v3.0 dev build of the engine and backported to the current version (2.3). Shuugo is holding off on deploying some bug fixes though since v3.0 of the engine is getting worked on and seem to be on track for release in the relative near-future. (Don't quote me on that.)
Yes, the DText execution in this version of he engine is a bit more screwy than before. I've been reporting issues as I find them. And many people know how much I write on the site ^_^;

Oops, sorry it was already reported. I mean, I just read this thread on the last page, and since the first comment was from one month ago, I thought that anything reported previous to that would had been fixed already. My bad ^^;
It's fine. Any bug staff catches get reported to the dev directly. We don't keep a log here for users to track (as most users wouldn't really care about it, really.)
You're free to reports anything odd you spot. We'll at least give you courtesy of explaining the situation regarding a bug report, be it resolved, a client-side issue, known issue, or something new.

Lately i've been having trouble with inline Dtext, mainly emphasized text.
In what way? We already know of the consecutive use bug with those tags in the same paragraph. (List formatting compounds it.)
Sometimes the tags remain visible after i post a comment. When that happens i can't emphasize text or contain it in spoilers.StahnAileron said:

Provide an example if you can and I can probably tell you the exact problem once I see the code you used. Either just create an attempt here or direct me to a post with the problem you're describing.
I can't seem to find any examples. I must have either deleted them or edited them. (Damn you hindsight!) And i can't seem to make one here
I guess i'll just have to learn to cope for now, sorry for bothering you. orz

Hey, is the Similar Image Search ( http://konachan.com/post/similar ) function broken? I tried uploading an image file and putting a URL, both returned an error page.
