we fell out of power when Emperor Charles VI died. we have a whole book (1764-1994) for my father's side of the family (i was born too late [mid '93] to be in it). we even have a freaking coat of arms! one of my ancestors fought in the battle of Andernach in 939. he was Duke of the Franks and the brother to Conrad I of Germany. also, one of my kin in Germany long ago gained much power, increased his territory and made Stuttgart his capital. one of my great, etc. grand pappies fought in the Civil War. i'm Scottish on my mom's side. i even may have a tad of Native American and French in me. @ mnessie: i will gladly accept you as a subject (i mean that IS awesome) @Davis_500: though mnessie is my subject, you'd probably have to get your own subjects. if we lived in the same castle, we'd still have different people to service is and hang around with us as our posse.
