So what do i do about the parent? Can i use both? or....?

Setting multiple parents for a single image is (currently) impossible. Also your upload had quality issues, so I disapproved of it. Try to not upscale any parts of an image, upscaling leads to jaggy lines and overly visible artifacts (if the upscaled image was originally a JPG).
