There was a "%7C" added to the post. Looks like a URL escape character sequence, so something extranaous was added to the URL. Well, not that it matters. I already provided a working URL for you. *shrug*
It's raining,
it's pouring,
the thunder is roaring.

You never fail to make me laugh Agos X3 I wish it would rain here though, it's so dry and hot. Actually it looks like there was some rain while I was at summer school but it had all dried up by the time I got back...
Thanks. And really everybody is frying in this heat. I hear many countries have been experiencing severe droughts as of late.ecchifan96 said:

You should be glad for the lightning! The thunder! Or, on the very least, the water.
Today is a hot day. Even though, by Swiss standards, that means it is just 25°C. People love going out to the lake in this weather and get sunburned. Me... I prefer fresh, cool breezes of around 15°C.
I guess I should be glad I am not leaving work on this heat, until 18:30 or so, when it starts cooling down already x3

I went to the Piedmont Triad Farmer's Market today. But, it was very hot.
We bought: a bushel of locally grown, fresh peaches, local tomatoes, local corn, a beautiful boquet of flowers, arranged by hand, goat milk soap for me (smells so gooooood), goat cheese spread (Honey & Fig flavor), two big shaved ices (one was free cuz the guy completely forgot what I asked for and made something I didn't want), pork rinds that are apparently TOO hot, free homemade peach ice cream, and that's it!
I fully recommend going there, if ya'll ever around Greensboro, NC.

Changed my avatar again today. Am I the only one who gets thrown off when well known users of the site suddenly change their avatar?
You're not alone. It usually bugs the crap outta me when it happens. Yours is the exceptoin though, I like it ;3Agos said:

It always happens.
Now that Gregol and Mnessie are gone, I am thinking of changing back my avatar to something more laid-back. I miss my cute girl avatar @_@ it's just something very nice to look at while browsing this site xD'
The weather looks perfect today. I am going out for the groceries in a few minutes, and then I hope to have a full weekend of non-stop gaming xD
Though, I may go out clubbing tonight if I find enough friends... it's summer-vacation time over here, and the city feels almost deserted since almost everybody seems to have left for vacations O_O;

Just finished watching the second season to a series that I had been dying to watch. The ending was kind of unclear if not deus ex machina but I loved the series all the same.
So now I'm depressed. Kind of makes me want to watch another anime already but I have to retire for the night. I wonder if this is how people get sucked into anime? When one series ends it leaves a hole in your heart that you just seek out the next in an endless cycle. Sounds like the textbook signs of an addiction if you ask me.

Well Agos, that's what happened to me after I watched Mawaru Penguindrum. It's just that, my situation was different. I don't really like Mawaru Penguindrum. Was angry after I watched it, so instead of hopping on watching some other new anime, I went and rewatched a more calming one, specifically Toradora. Hahahaha.
Well in any case, my aunt should arrive in a couple of hours from her trip from Germany. I'll have to put up with her tired face geh.

Uhm, nope. Can't say that ever happens to me, Agos.
Apologies, this reply actually belongs to the anime thread.
¬¬ hey, this reply belongs to the anime thread. Look at what you've done now, Agos T_T'
Okay... how was my day? Damn this week is going to be HOT. We are going all the way to 30°C or more, it's way too much for me x_x' I hope I won't melt...

Just recently started reviewing anime on a website. I find that I write waaaaay too much, but I like to think I'm actually helping other fans with my in depth reviews. It's a pain in the ass to do them and they take nearly 2 hours to write, but I find they help keep my writing skills sharp and allow me to truly take the time to appreciate the anime that I watch.
Maybe I should try that too. I really need to get a grasp on script writing and analyzing anime. Do you think you could provide a link to one of your reviews? I'm curious.
Except that the two previous replies totally belong to the anime thread xP
There are times when I wish I could just treat the forums like an IRC channel where everybody talks about everything in the same place. But any lurkers or new people would have completely no idea of what is going on, so I understand the need to organise data that is archived afterwards (such as forums).
And, today is Friday! I can't wait to go back home and play videogames all weekend long again xD Except I got a party tonight, so I imagine the videogaming will start tomorrow, after buying the groceries.
I should consider going out and do some roller skating, but it seems it's going to rain... either way, I am gonna have lots of fun, either outdoors or indoors :B

I have already done two. One for Bodacious Space Pirates, and another for Darker Than Black: Gemini of the Meteor. (Mind that I gave the DTB an 8 not a 10)ecchifan96 said:

Wooh, my 3DS Xl arrived earlier today. Release is set for tomorrow, guess I'm lucky.
It's a pretty sweet looking Handheld. Atleast better than the old 3DS model, which frankly was quite ugly. I still prefer the PSVita with looks, but I can't compare them in anything else really.
I just installed Pokedex 3D, which is pretty cool. And the ability to view 3D video's is a neat future. I will be busy for some time now, figuring everything out. Another point in which the Vita was better. It's strangely easier to use, the layout and everything seems way more user friendly. Eventhough you'd expect the 3DS to win in this part.
Also, temperatures have been soo high the last few days. And today is super humid, I feel so icky. Thunder will probably blow in later tonight, which is fine by me. I really love summer thunder. The temperature will also drop a bit, which is fine by me. And I'm sure my dog feels the same, this weather is killing her. (80% of her hairs are black).
I also got a haircut today. She removed way too much. It's always so hard to tell explain what you want. I usually bring a picture but I forgot to bring one today. I feel so.. 'nude' with shorter than usual hair. Though it is a bit cooler with this weather, but it just doesn't fit me. Hair grow back fast please.

I went to the doctor today. They made me pee in a cup. They also took my blood. I've also been prescribed nerve pills. So hopefully that'll work out.
Also, I feel like a pile of shit that's been puked on. Sick as a dog. I got some Pepto chewables though. And I feel really tired.

Wrap yourself in a thick blanket, drink tea and eat noodle soup.
You'll be on your feet in no time! Works for me..

It's more of a nausea/bowel/period problem. My tummy gets weird. Thanks anyway Art.
It's just about too hot to wrap up in a blankie.

I gotta love how people feel smarter than doctors at times.
Tests? Examinations? Nonsense! Just have some noodle soup.
Hope you get better Emmy. I don't have anything against Artwork, but my gut instinct tells me you should probably trust the doctor's orders on this one.
To be on topic.. the day is so hot, AGAIN. At least yesterday night the weather was extra cool, and having a dinner with a bunch of friends was a much enjoyable experience. Of course, the pile of dishes waiting to be done are dying to disagree with me there...

Yeah, I have a doctor's appointment this morning myself. Ironically it too is to treat a digestive related disease.otaku_emmy said:

It was for a yearly physical. It's a good thing it wasn't TOO physical (cuz I'm still a virgin).
My blood work and urine results came back today. Drumroll....I'm perfectly fine. I have excellent blood and pee. Go me.

Go Emmy~ =)
I'll be gone this weekend. Going to Paris with le Family.
Though I'm going with my family, I'm still happy to go. Holiday isn't the same without going anyway 'far'. And even though it's just a short trip, it's better than nothing.
So packing some stuff right now for the 6 hour drive. And some cloths for the last day.
Had to drop our dog at a dog pension. Such a joyful dog, it's just so quiet around the house without her.. Eventhough she can be a little pest sometimes haha. Miss her already :3.

Sounds like you guys are doing good today. I spent the last 2 hours cleaning my room... well sorta anyway. Still it was a pain and I'm glad it's over now. I just hope I'll be able to enjoy the rest of the day.
Au revoir Arty. I hope you enjoy paris ^_^ ( I know I would've -3-)

Back again~
I had fun. Though I've been in Paris before, I couldn't really remember much. But that was about 9 years ago. I've been to the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame and all those 'big' places. There were so many Chinese people. And I've also heard a few Japanese. Was walking some stairs from the Metro back up. (Read 100 for some) and there was this Japanese women walking infront of me. She let out a deep sigh after all those stairs and yelled 'Tsukareta'. So fun understanding those things :3.
Disney Land was also really fun. We were pretty unlucky, the first rollercoaster we were lining up for, got shut down 30 minutes in. Soon after we hit the Space mountain, which was also out of order. Got some lunch, and the space mountain started running again. Sadly the other rollercoaster was either shut down the whole day, or broke again somewhere in between. Since when we went back to check on it, everybody was walking out again. Disney, disappointing really. So we went to the other park (You got Disney park, and Disney Studios). I've never been into the Studios part, which made it more fun. And there was this aerosmith rollercoaster, which was even better than the space mountain. Rock music while in the ride, awwyeahh.
Feeling young in an amusement park :3. Sadly my dad can't really keep up with us anymore haha. But yeah I had a fun mini holiday.
I actually brought my 3DS along in Paris the first day. And I came across 10 people with a 3DS. 1 from California, 2 from Spain, 3 from around France, 2 from Belgium and 2 others from Germany. Streetpass is a pretty cool feature.

I'm doing well today. My hands are bothering me a little though.
Anyway, my mom's got a new job she'll be starting soon. She'll be installing the locking mechanism in windows. So that's great. My dad'll be going to work as well. I'll be here alone again. It's so nice, though. Now my mom's old boss just needs to give my mom the money she LEGALLY owes her.

Money debt issues is the fastest way to develop deep dislike between people <_<'
Anyway, yesterday I went to a heavy rock festival in France. I got to listen to Epica, Nightwish and Within Temptation, all for 50€! That was frigging amazing.
Words fail me to describe the level of epicness of such an event. But then again, I have no idea how many people around here would appreciate such styles of music >_>
Sadly, I don't listen enough to my rock albums since my 7k library collection consists of maybe, 20 rock albums, and all the rest is video-game music (with some anime music in for good measure) xP

Got my primary results what uni I will go to. Sadly I didn't got into the one I wanted but my back up uni isn't that bad it seems except it is in another city. So here I am figuring out what to do. Move out and live closer to the uni or still stay with my parents but take the train for two hours etc.
