Well, as it's a religion and Pantheon I'm making up for myself, I think I have creative license to re-arrange things as I see fit to match my view of things. ^_~
That said, you do make good points.
To keep things a little easier to browse:
Index - KanzakiThough last I recall, Kanzaki, while associated with the Church, originally comes from a Shinto shrine household, no? I think her specialty was the fact she can wield both style of magic...or something, like that. Correct me if I'm wong there...Anyway, they haven't exposed much of the BG to the Toaru meta-verse really, so it's kinda hard to fine a technically correct/canonically approving relationship for her just in an anime-derived religion, other than placing her under Index as a servant/apostle. (Index I think would be saint-class.)
AB! - KanadeDo fallen angels get worshippers? Well, in good standing from a societal view, that is. (The whole Lucifer as a fallen angel and satanic followers kinda put a damper on that kind of view.) I think as something a person would develop to believe in for themselves, they would use a term that connotates a negative image. Though by your definition (and the Angel Beats situation/circumstance/world), the term fits. Would anyone else consider Kanade a Fallen Angel, from either a personal or technical viewpoint?
RailgunBut for the Railgun girls, I can see Mikoto as the Demi-god, Kuroko her Saint (Kuroko as a Saint just seems wrong at face value, though ^_^;), with Uiharu and Saten being the disciples/caretakers/Shrine Maidens under them. I'm not sure if I should place them under Urd (for Mikoto's power) or Skuld (as products of science and being young girl) though.
Railgun/other stuffWhat would you categorize kiyama_harumi as? She's one of the few adult female chars to show up. (Not enough mature chars that aren't useless or just in a BG/supporting role...Loli...DFC...Jail-bait...WHAT ABOUT MILF, DAMMIT?! Pretty sure there's a demographic for hot, older women...At least in their 20's anyway...Damn anime trend of teens-only...)
