I have seen a nice Wallpaper for my Desktop but the resolution is very low.

I'd like to ask someone to imitate it and indeed min 1000 * 1000
or if someone has another idea to make it bigger.

Wrong place for such a request, that's why. People here upload wallpapers, they don't draw them... you'd have better luck in an art-related forum/site. Something like that image would not be hard to vectorize for somebody in the know, but Konachan is not quite the place for that.
