This kind of reminds me of the Gundam Thrones, but not quite. It may be one of the Gundams from the manga.

Yes, it must be an original Gundam by someone...

You can find it influenced from Xi Gundam, such as designs of shoulders, fins of outlets, fins at ankles, colors...etc
