I think Marisa is just posing and her hand is just caught at an oddball location due to viewing angle. ^_^ Reimu on the other hand... Maybe she just wants to share in her situation with her exposure (being in naked_apron dress) ^_^;

BTW, tags need to be cleaned up to conform to Konachan standards. The char tags are half wrong and I don't know what applies since I can't tell who is cosplaying as who or if this is supposed to be a parody or crossover image as well.

I removed the Neon Genesis Evangelion tag.
Who the hell tagged this anyway? I think maybe they were just trying to use a bunch of tags just to get more views on this image or something. Either that or they were just slow in the head. Either way, if anyone else sees a tag that is incorrect be sure to remove it. I don't really feel like going through and looking at each one since I don't recognize many of them.
