There is a glaringly obvious error/artifact of some kind on her right (our left) cheek.
Is it possibly to get this replaced with a version that doenst have this?

Unless someone photoshops it for you/us, no. This is the only version up on the artist's pixiv profile.

Looks like a shading error, like they overlooked a layer before saving and publishing it.
