This is remake to vector image, so author isn't tinkerbell.
Real author is Cilou.

Simply vectoring an image does not make one an artist. Making a wallpaper out of someone's else's work doesn't not make one an artist. Those are considered derivative works and do not entitle one to an artist tag here.

I was thinking about removing the "cilou" artist tag since he/she is not really the original artist. I remember a similar artist tag "synp" (or something like that) was removed a while back.

If all Cilou has done have been derivative works, then yes, the tag should be removed. If that's the case, I'm willing to provide a pool for the images like we did for snyp's wallpapers.
