*facepalm* I was gonna make the typical "Hwta the...? MS Paint?" comment until I checked the source... And it listed MS Paint as the tool used to create this. >_<
Smooth fonts, (probably) stock BG... And a pixel-y char. I'm not gonna deny the artist's skill in the char design, but man, do I wish s/he used a better editing program...
