Since one of her Sclera is Black, would this qualify as heterochromia/bicolored eyes?

No. I think we define/use heterochromia here as having one eye's iris colored differently from the other. She doesn't match that definition. "Mismatched_eyes" would be more correct if we cared to use that. (It's more applicable since one eye is spiraled and the other uses a circle design as well.)
