I think you are both right, otaku emmy probably looked at the vegitation growing on the house, the lump on the roof does suggest it's moss as it isn't agianst the surface. However Troggyman probably focused on the location of the house, the area's greenery and water does imply a high humidity and warm climate, perfect for the growth of mold within the house.

I would love to live in a house like that, ONLY if it had high speed internet so I can spend my days playing video games and when I do go out, enjoy the forest all for myself.
