The uploader isn't the artist, you will have to go to the source if you want to give critic and advise to the artist.

I think there is a problem with the tags. It's tagged as both Code geass and Persona. That shouldn't be possible judgeing from the picture ? Can someone remove the tag if I'm not mistaken on this matter ?

I've removed it for now. Both Danbooru and Sankaku tagged it only as Code Geass. (I personally see zero likeness between this character and Lelouch, but I'll chalk it up to artistic license.) If someone wants to make a case of it being from Persona, be my guest, but unless the artist had specifically tagged it as such, you won't get far.
