Actually, the male isn't tagged by the artist as any specific char on the Pixiv source. In theory, you can interpret that male as anyone.

One of the word bubbles does say "ni...ni". I suppose it's possible that she's thinking about her brother during the act, but it certainly strongly hints that Junichi is doing the deed.
Well, I can agree that it's implied a bit. I wouldn't be surprised if the artist is the type to not bother with the males at all when tagging. In fact, Miya isn't actually tagged properly for this image on Pixiv. It's just 美也 [Miya] instead of 橘 美也 [Tachibana Miya].
Anyway, there's nothing overly conclusive to ID the male as Junichi. Text bubbles imply it a bit, but nothing else supports it. Junichi is pretty plain as a male as well, so it's hard to ID anything that would be instantly associated with him in this image.
