Looks like a rifle cartridge. Or something shaped like a rifle cartridge at any rate. Though I don't get what it has to do within the context of the image though *shrug* It's like:

• "Oh fuck, I didn't mean to walk in on- OH! BULLET!" or
• "Well, who left this here? That's not safe?" *picks up bullet; ignores/ignorant of female*

And judging from the edgework, this images seems to be composed of cut-outs/extractions from images that were made separately and composited later.

It's a 30-06 rifle cartridge... Perhaps she's a hostage and he's forcing her to "do things" and the bullet is his reminder of what's in store if she's not compliant...

I think it's more likely that the assailant is going to stick the bullet in her panties if you know where I'm going.
