Actually, the eye on the left seems a bit skewed (the upper half) in size compared to the one on the right. There's also the fact the eye on the right seems to continue off her face a bit. (It overlaps and is OVER her hair. Looks like it was just simply overlaid via a copy/paste.)
I have to admit the anime char designs have been getting a bit too laxed in regards to artistic liberties with depiction of a character's facial features. This image is one of those moments.
