I love this anime

I think it's Sayaka because of the clothing.

Artist marks it as original, so it's just a random pantyshot. Texturing is very nice, though I wish the patterns would conform to the body shape instead of just being a simple overlay. Can't blame the artist though: that'd be a bitch to do on this with the fine details of the patterns.
