No, no I still think this would work better.
It's a magic bow. Use your imagination, because you're killing catgirls with your logic.Black_Rock_Shooter said:

I was under the impression that the string of a bow is supposed to be "under" the arm and not "over".
(Could'nt find other words to explain).

She's not drawing the bow, just holding it.
Yeah but still...she should be ready if some1 would try to ambush here right? Right? :3Kumacuda said:

No. No arrow in sight (considering the bowstring seems to be magical energy, the lack of arrows could be the arrow being magical in origin as well). The hold would require to her to flip the bow around in her hand. Ready-position would have her at least have an arrow nocked on the string. This is just a posterity shot ^_~
I guess.....
But everything questioned on this site seems to have the same awnser: ANIME!!! x3

No. It's more general than that: Artistic License (or Rule of Cool). Some technical inconsistencies are tolerated for aesthetics. (Even live action stuff does this. Look at Hollywood.)
If they have some GLARING errors (one technically being the bowstring on the outisde of her arm), you can also possibly blame that on artistic ignorance.
Also, we don't want the comments to turn into off-topic debates.

Sorry for going off-topic.
Now...Is it a cat or a rabbit on her arm? I think its a mutated -and cute- magical creature. :3
