There is something that intrigues me about this. I don't think she is crying from any pain, which would imply it has to do with the lizard she is holding. I think that it would be a better image if there wasn't a creeping-looking guy in the corner. He doesn't really serve much of a purpose, other than spurring sexual fantasies in some. Leaving him out would adjust the focus more to where is belongs.
