looks like a powerfull sword draw, cause it looks like the girl with the barret is already cut in half? or is it just my imagination?
The "injury" on the left side girl has always been there. The two images were completely unrelated (by several years, in fact) until someone decided to photoshop them together.

Note that Youmu can go 200 yojana in 1 slash and can slow down time and shit, so she's probably already killed that girl and is putting back her sword in the sheath.
As I recall, Sakuya is the time manipulator, not Youmu. I'm not aware of Touhou-verse indepth, so what Younou can accomplish is a little beyond me. I know Sakuya's skill though. I don't ever recall time being one of Youmu's ability.

The one thing that doesn't fit in this Photoshop is that the girl with the rifle is being shot at, and her opponent has a sword... wait, that's one of these Touhou chicks right? Forget my comment then, Touhou beats common sense...
youmu has no real abilities other than her skill with her blades and skills of concentration, it's just that they are so sharpened that she has extreme reflexes and is known to be able to attack at very high speeds is allStahnAileron said:

Youmu has no time-control abilities to speak of- the time-slowing effect you see in some of her spellcards in the game is only meant to show how fast she's moving compared to your character. That being said, she is supposedly able to move and attack at ridiculous superhuman speeds (in excess of 50,000 mph). Even if her opponent has a gun, it's physically impossible for a human being to react even close to fast enough to compete with that level of speed.
As someone else said, Touhou characters do indeed defy common sense (though not in the exact way they might have thought). The majority of them have some sort of broken/theoretically unbeatable abilities.
