Wouldn't there be a black sky, thunderclouds and lightning then? And don't forget the dead trees and cliffs.
Seems like a rather harmless, almost boring, castle. Any Demon Lord or evil Organization residing in this would be a laughing stock.

Looks like a mansion, not a castle as the defensive arrow slits and battlements serve only a decorative purpose here. If you'd try to defend it you'd find enemy flaming arrows rather annoying due to the number of windows.
Though, the term "castle" can be applied to large mansions as far as I know in some cases.

And evil organizations would probably like this place. Since really, who said they call themselves evil?

That's what I thought when I first saw that castle from King of Thorn. Look what happened there.
