Depends on the person, but usually no. If someone else touches them it's another story as the psyche kicks in.

Women don't feel anywhere near the pain in their breasts as men do down there. If a man gets a 360 degree twist in his testicles, it can very well stop his breathing or kill him (I've seen it more than a few times). It's nature telling you that you are risking the entire species' survival (nature hasn't caught up with the current over-population issue)

As for the thighhighs; she looks like an escaped mental patient there...
