Because we like to copy-cat stuff, lol. Saber's finisher is probably a copy-cat as well. I mean ... it just reminds me of Kamehameha (or however it's called).

The only likeness is the power charge, which is generic and can't really be traced to anything.

As I have barely touched Touhou, I don't know too much about this character but as a sword is her signature weapon it is likely a Saber parody.
