kisumi-sama does not modify every foxgirl picture, even if she does claim them as 'pets'.
i can imagine she is working on something, but who knows what?
Still, this one is right up her alley, so i would not be surprised if kisumi did something with it.

I think it already almost looks like Kisumi so I dont think she will modify this one because you just would need to change the hair to white (which it almost is) and change the eyes to red from that maroon/purple-ish color
