I believe he said "Head" in which case yes, he is correct. The blonde has a big head. Though, looking at it a second time I notice that the distance between the chin and the brow on both girls is the same or similar. This doesn't change the fact that the blonde has a big head, but now I see it has something to do with the skull, rather than the face.Ghostwolf said:

My bad on teh head/hand statement, getting distracted I guess. From closer observation, the blonds head is slightly closer, plus the angle of the faces are slightly different. Still, great artwork.
I understand the hand but the face shouldn't be that large since the brunette is in front of her ear meaning the face in any way be that large. It gives out the feeling that she is hugging an overgrown baby, but that's my opinion.
