Why the girl sitting there wears a bandage like that with Japanese Kanji and Russian words "Conductor" on it? Yet there are Kanji word "防衛庁" (The Japan Defense Agency, today it should be called "防衛省",The Ministry of Defense) on the train. What are they all about?
Random cyrilic text. Some people use google translator and think it gives proper translations. When translating to Russian it produce pointless text in most cases. Its hard to tell a robot how you exactly want to translate.

I just wonder why there both Kanji and Cyrilic and what author wanted to say with it.
