I'm sure you'll see more than a few of those "things" in your lifetime; if you're squeamish or young, you might be better served by browsing the safe version of Konachan instead.
The entire purpose of this image was to detail this act, so why bother if the central focus is removed. I can appreciate the reason for censoring, regarding law, but this is a little too much - It nullifies the image...imho...

Agreed, the censor just destroys what should be the focus. At the very least, I think the censor could have been more mildly pixelated.
