It's been a while since I've seen an uncensored game CG that wasn't edited. I think the company forgot to censor it.

I doubt it is. The games that come uncensored are usually the ones that have an English translated release in the west. Because the US and Europe don't have the strict censoring rules Japan has, they are allowed to release the game with uncensored HCG.
This game was released less than a month ago and there are no plans for it getting a translated edition (yet). Then there is also the fact that the rest of this HCG remains censored. So this image was probably overlooked when the company censored the CG.
