I think, if I were to flag this for deletion, it would be for "lossy compression"? But I've never flagged for that, so I'll comment instead and watch if it gets deleted or not.

Lossy compression generally falls in to one of two categories: JPEG compression or video compression. So if it's not JPEG compression, it's almost certainly a screencap.
