Believe it or not this is the most effective way of doing sit-ups to develop your six-pack. Take a look at Tim Ferris' "The 4-hour Body."
It also doubles as a really effective way of falling and breaking your ass/looking stupid in the process, as I've seen some do just that...

Well you do have to do the exercise correctly and have to have some ability and concentration. So if that is beyond you I would say don't do it.Animeticklesmytoes said:
