Fresh baked coissants with fresh meats and vegetables.

Why is it that I can find food like that more readily in Japan or Korea than I can in the U.S.? In my home town I know where to go but if I were a visitor I would never find it.

That's a really silly dress.

They care more about food production than we do. That extends to the quality of individual ingredients and the way things are presented.

So true. But how about the price? I usually find Asian countries have cheaper ones compared to the US but they're much smaller. Haven't eaten one in Japan or Korea though (I always sought the local food).
If we're talking konbini food or food from non high-end restaurants, then I assume that stays on the cheaper side because it's stuff that's always in high demand.

But things like meat and fresh fruits can be remarkably expensive when compared to goods in Western supermarkets.
