lol Miku riding on migs, thats pretty awesome alright. although as much as i love russian aircraft i'd have to deny them the title of being the "best." it depends of course on the type of combat. in a guns only dogfight, Russian aircraft will win handsdown, but they lack the long range firing and stealth capabilities for modern air to air combat.

Don't forget about the British Harrier.

The harrier is fine and all, but it takes up too much fuel to takeoff like it does, and it doesn't go very fast compared to some of the other fighters, it works better as a bomber then a fighter anyways.

Japan uses F-2, F-4EJ, F-15J as of today and they will be replaced by 2010.

Talking about Russian, I wouldn't say the Berkut as lacking air superiority. Although it's true that the U.S. owns most of the best Military Aircrafts on earth.

Note: I said air to air, not air to ground, most of our "smart" bombs are just about as smart as the average rock. >.>

Lol? Russian Aircraft sucks they lost in all major wars look at WWII the Russian airforce was elimated by the germans the american airforce had to fight for them, and migs were owned in Veitnam, Name something good about Russain Aircraft?
