post #62668 & post #62669 are the same (there is probably more too). Honestly, I think they tried to scan something and either the scanner had a realllly bad time of it or they weren't scanable. I notice they all have curved corners.

Massive jpeg artifacts and/or contrasting problems. Everything is in nice little squares, especially close to the harsher lines and contrasting colors.
