And indeed, almost everybody here is foreigner (in the english language), including me. Also, you shouldn't use dictionaries too translated /sentences/ it will make about everything sound stupid. (grammar), at least that's what my English teacher always said, not that I ever listened to him. But it obviously makes you /write/ /read/ things in a wrong manner. Try too use your simple brains, should work.
Maybe even things like runescape can help you on the way +_+, (Online) games can teach you more English then you would ever guess.

To tell you the true, I don't think there so be a age limit more of a maturity limit, if your old enough to understand whats going on and not laugh at it, you should be allowed to view it. but that imo.
