Should this user be perma-banned already? He/she/it's been banned 3 times previously...And still apparently can't read. (The tags are all kinds of fucked up from this person. Doesn't seem to catch the idea you need underscores...)

I'd go for the /it/ xD. /It/ needs to read comments good, and stop fapping concidering it has 90% of the favo's from hentai pics. More then 50% of /it's/ images didn't get accepter, I amazed by /it's/ power to continue posting.

I do permit naked ribbons tho xD.

This is one of the few that look nice.
