I can bump this image up to that but it loses a lot of quality - I'll end up combining this later with another image or figure something else out.

You can increase it by a little without noticeably compromising quality, beyond that look into borders and frames.
Well there seems to be a couple of posts with the same style and a few parts within the pictures that are similar (i.e. Horns, Condoms, etc.) so I'm guessing the same artist. If anyone knows where to find him or a gallery of these images please link. :)
