Wasn't there this one user that wanted a picture he uploaded to stay because he wanted to use it as his avatar? I say someone should allow that one back.

Dunno. I'm not quite sure on the current policy concerning avatar images in that regard. I just use what's available on the site.

Still, if he wanted it to stay, I'd hope the image at least looked nice. (And at least follow the rule of landscape only/no portrait or square-ish images.)

Meeeh Tenshi is getting overrated in my opinion.
