The same way you say it in lolipop. But the "o" comes like in that.... hmm... like you say "Go" ... Loli... btw... if it kind of sounds like "lowly"(I'm talking about that "w" that you hear) then you say it wrong... Btw =D (anyone know the anime at 1:18? After the Chobits part?)

It's funny, since I tend to pronounce "Loli" like the classic way of saying "Lolli" from "Lollipop"...Despite the fact I'll pronounce "Lolita" correctly with a "Lo" sound.
