The vocaloid tag, despite your proof, isn't warranted here: while the original version of the song is indeed made using the Hatsune Miku Voclaoid voice bank, it's NOT advertised as a Hatsune Miku song in the video/artwork...nor does it use typical Vocaloid art anywhere (the Vocaloid Characters themselves.)
Just because a song is made with Vocaloid software doesn't mean artwork associated with the song or the song itself has anything to do with Vocaloid as a chacacter franchise/IP. (The musician probably just didn't have access to a real vocalist. This was the point of the Vocaloid software, in fact. The Character franchise was a spin-off due to one of the companies publishing the voice banks.)
This post is original at most unless the musician it's associated with get some sorta IP set-up for himself. At that point, this will be categorized under whatever IP name s/he gives as their property.
