Hm...no...I will have to agree with Sci, they look like they are an inch to low, than again, its most likely just the angle and the way she is sitting. In other words...an accidental optical illusion that her breasts are lower than they should be, while in reality they are were they are supposed to be.

Her breast does lok a bit low, especially if you compare the distance from top part (where it meets her chest) to her shoulder. It looks like it centered on the bottom half of her ribcage than the upper portion...
