First thought: Kara no Kyoukai. Sure, the eye color is off and the hair is too long, the kimono's too feminine and I doubt she'd have that kind of expression on her face, but I still can't help but seeing Shiki. Maybe it's the style, and the bottom left title/signature reminds me of the anime title, too.
