If those are wookiees in the foreground (and I'd bet that they are), then this place is the wookies' home planet Kashyyyk - even though the gondolas/rowboats look a bit primitive for the Star Wars timeframe, and the lanterns a tad magical..... the artist could be depicting them in their past (google "Chewbacca" or go to wookieepedia.com if you need to know more).

Needs a 'Star Wars' tag......
