Hey can someone help me figure out where the heck this picture and other pictures related to it come from. I have search for a long time and just randomly stumbled upon this website but every time I try to find the original thing they come from I get nothing. I have tried searching with tempest, and some of the name of the characters and under video game I just get the old atari game from 1981 and for anime I get either nothing or other animes. I am begging to wonder if Tempest is even the name of the thing it's from. I had once found the picture's creator's website but it's not working now so I am at a loose.
