From the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion.
She is a 14 year old of mixed German and Japanese though technically American. The red hot pilot of Eva 02, she is proud in nature and a tough girl with attitude. She is also tsundere for Ikari Shinji and the two may be considered a canon pairing as director Hideaki Anno has stated to prefer the two of them together.
