Not true Cuda, in the us its legal for parents to allow their kids to drink...as long as its in small amounts and its at home and no where else.

I think that depends on local laws and jurisdiction. Alcohol usage isn't much as much of a federal regulation as it is State and Local from what I understand...though I could be very wrong on the matter. I don't drink nor have children (and I generally don't hang around people when they drink), so I avoid the problem altogether in most cases.

That's not really the case. You may drink beer/wine at the age of 16, and spirits if you turn 18. That's not really my definition of "kids".

I also think that it might be caused due to some AddOns in your browser. Try disabeling some of them (in Firefox: Extra -> Add-Ons) and refresh the page (F5). Maybe you also blocked all graphics from konachan.com or something like that.
The site is definately not blocked from Germany, since for me (also from Germany) everything has been working fine from the first time I visited konachan.

About the alcohol, ... discussion:
In Germany you can buy any kind of alcohol when you are 18. Basically you can do anything you want (what's not against the law obviously) when you are 18 (except driving very fast motorcycles and becoming federal president, lol). A long time beer was ok to buy when you are 16, but they changed this a few years ago. The first time for me to buy "hard" alcohol was 16 though, nobody asked me about my identity card..
Also the youth protection law in germany is very strict, especially for games and tv shows. Basically every kind of blood has to be removed before it's published. Otherwise it will instantly be 18+ classified if and only IF it gets permission to be released at all.
This leads to some hilarious scenes in certain anime, for example Naruto (no, I don't watch that, a friend showed me) where Naruto puts his hands into a blood puddle of someone and then swears revenge for him. In the german version it looks like hes rubbing the dirt or something, because all the blood has been removed.
Totally retarded if you ask me...

Internet, audio and video information, shows, etc. The reason the children are corrupt is not because of the respective, from which I just enumerated. It's because of parents, for not guiding them. And please don't misunderstand my word for "guiding".
I'm am but a simple highschooler. I've been exposing myself to anime and porn since I was 10. And now I got a very good career in front of me. My dad left me alone with my "way of life" since I started primary school. My mother was still telling me what and how up untill I started highschool, even thou I completely ignored every advice she had for me. Since I was born and up untill I was 10, I was a very active and self-centered, being rude and all. In terms of child education, I'm an audodidact. My genes came from two good people, my parents. I had the ability to learn by myself. If the other children can't do it, parent's are at fault. Not for what they are doing after their child is born (this is barely 20% of the reason), but for what they did before their child was born.
The so called "harmful materials" which the old people / parents consider bad for children, matured me faster than that so called... "safe life" or how do you call it.

I would like to write way more, but I would probably waste my time for the ones who read what I just wrote will not care and continue believing in whatever they believe.

This right here, every parent needs to read. I myself would have no problem with my kids having access to adult content if they want to look at it.
