Rate:e loli is allowed but censored to everyone under a mod status. Also CP = real, loli = fake art.

The loli rating:e images on konachan are neither a photograph nor photrealistic. It may still be illegal in some countries depending on the exact content of the law. That's not Shuugo's business, tho.
