Guys, hot wo lose weight in short time? any tips
Idk if ur a bot or whatever, but the Keto Diet is the bestest way imo. My mom is on it (and has been on it for almost a year), but within the first two months, she already lost so many pounds.

And the good thing about keto diet is that you don’t even have to sacrifice as much in comparison to other diets (in terms of yummy foods). My moms body looks so fab now.
Weightloss shouldn't be about losing weight quick. That's usually not very sustainable.

The simplest way to lose weight is to eat less, eat better, and exercise. Whether we like it or not, that's always gonna be the case.

"If it's white, it ain't right." Stay away from white bread, sugar, potatoes, rice, etc. Look for more nutritious substitutes like whole grains, veggies, and brown rice. Cut out anything that isn't water or fresh juice. I don't know how coffee and tea factor in to weightloss, but they're probably fine (so long as you avoid sugar and fattening creamers).

Don't purge. Don't deny yourself square meals. Snack on healthy things like nuts or fruits if you're super hungry.

Basically the usual shit.

It's not. My first response was the serious one. The laxative thing, while being something people actually do, was just a joke.
I have lost the weight with cardio 3 times a week and quality food, it was really difficult for me as I like to eat fast food often, but I made a rule that I will eat something junk only in the mornings. I a month I lost 2 kg
