She will surely break her jaw shooting QB with shotgun hold like this...
Lol at the camera sight.
Looks like the gun is against her left shoulder.
Gun's position is left handed but she's holding it right-handed (pretty obvious, doubt I even needed to say it) Artist probably did it that way so as to not cover her face, but the result looks a little ridiculous. Always a shame when a picture's ruined by such technical errors like this.
Actually, some artists just have no clue how guns are handled in real-life. Even more so in JPN with it's weapons-control laws. Honestly, I don't think that design was a conscious decision on part of the artist (to not cover the face). Well, maybe it's a consideration. Still, I think it's more ignorance on their part than artistic trade-off.

Come on. Any artist with any decent exposure to handling firearms knows you never hold the grip/trigger the way she is (on any firearm), especially with a bloody shotgun. If anything, it's a poor design decision to show off the view in the camera sight fully. If the gun posture was done anywhere near correctly, the sight would be in the opposite side of the shotgun. In which case it'd probably be (partially?) obscured by it.
